The Jack London Foundation A non-profit organization that promotes the development of curricular materials for the study of Jack London K-12, and sponsors an annual writing contest. It also houses the Jack London Research Center in Glen Ellen, the repository of the notes of Russ Kingman. | |

The Popular Culture Association Jack London studies has long had a robust presence at the Popular Culture Association’s annual meeting. At least since the eighties, London scholars have brought their latest research to the PCA. |

Jack London Journal The Jack London Journal provides a broad forum for the study of Jack London and his work by promoting an interdisciplinary perspective. It appeared annually and represented the latest research and debate. It also published hard-to-locate primary documents. The 2001 issue was devoted to the recently located oral history of London's valet, Yoshimatsu Nakata. Back issues are available from the publisher. |

The next Jack London Symposium with be held in Santa Rosa in 2010. Deadline for submissions is June 15, 2010. Check 10th Biennial Symposium for more details on the event and submission of papers to the program. A new journal, Studies in American Naturalism, is now being published, produced by Keith Newlin of the University of North Carolina-Wilmington. |
